To that end we have a zero tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances by its drivers. Any suspected violations of this policy or any other part of the City of Dallas Transportation Code Chapter 47A can be reported to us at the contact above, or to the City of Dallas by calling Dallas 3-1-1 at (214) 670-3111.

Pursuant to Chapter 47A-2.4.4 of the transportation code, wheelchair accessible transportation can be provided or arranged on request.
